Pilgrims carry on stoning a day after 35 die

Nearly two million pilgrims have symbolically stoned the devil in Mecca, 24 hours after 35 Muslims performing the ritual were crushed or trampled to death.

The Saudi Government said 23 women and 12 men were killed and 107 pilgrims were injured.
