Woman ordered to wear 'Convicted Shoplifter' badge

A Pennsylvania woman has been ordered to wear a badge reading "Convicted Shoplifter" every time she goes shopping over the next year.

Lebanon County Judge Bradford Charles handed down the unusual punishment to Regina Zimmerman after her fourth conviction for shoplifting.
