Scotland Yard confirmed they were investigating a triple murder following the discovery of the three bodies which were hidden in the garden of the family home on Tuesday.

Blake, 43, Zachary, eight, and Amon, four, have now been formally identified and post-mortem examinations have taken place.

Arthur Simpson-Kent, Blake’s former partner, isstill being sought by police and is believed to have fled the country to Ghana.

The actress’ family said they “want answers” about why it took police nearly three weeks to find what has been confirmed as the bodies of her and her two sons.

Simpson-Kent was interviewed by police at the family home three days after the actress went missing, before he also disappeared.

Speaking yesterday, Ava Blake said: “Unfortunately I believe Arthur was responsible. I want him to face justice and explain why.”
