Next book of ‘Song of Ice and Fire’ due in 2016

Game of Thrones fans have had to endure four long years of waiting for George RR Martin to write the next book in the ‘Song of Ice and Fire’ series.

However, it looks like the waiting may almost be over and something resembling a publication date has been released.

An editor for Spanish publisher Ediciones Gigamesh, which owns the rights to the books, has revealed that it’s planned for 2016.
