We are currently living in an era called the Anthropocene, a period that begins when human activities start to have a significant global impact on Earth’s ecosystems.

Scientist, Frank Fenner, believes that this era has had a greater impact on the world than the Ice Age or any destructive comet combined.

He claims that if we continue in this manner, humanity could be extinct in the year 2110.
