Drugs and stun gun found on Bieber’s tour bus

Swedish police said they found drugs and a stun gun on board a tour bus used by pop singer Justin Bieber.

Drugs and stun gun found on Bieber’s tour bus

Police spokesman Lars Bystrom said a small amount of drugs and the stun gun were found when officers raided the empty bus parked under the Globen concert venue in Stockholm, where Bieber was performing on Wednesday night.

Bystrom said they have no suspects and no one has been arrested.

He declined to identify the drug, saying it had been sent to a laboratory for analysis.

He said police acted after smelling marijuana coming from inside the bus when it was parked outside the hotel where Bieber was staying. The drug squad was alerted and searched the bus during the concert.

The Canadian singer is in Stockholm as part of a world tour.

It is understood police are unlikely to pursue the case further.

A police officer on crowd duty smelled marijuana on the empty tour bus which had taken 10 to 15 people to the concert venue, police spokesman Kjell Lindgren said.

“The police went onto the bus and searched it and found a small amount of narcotics. We don’t know who had the drugs or who smoked them, so it will be hard to link them with any individual,” Lindgren said.

Bieber got into trouble earlier this month after a museum dedicated to Anne Frank said the 19-year-old had written he hoped the Holocaust victim would have been a “belieber”, the word used by his fans to describe themselves.
