Bull run man gored to death

A MAN was gored to death yesterday during a running of the bulls festival at a town in central Spain.

The 41-year-old carpenter was gored in the chest and died in an ambulance on his way to hospital, said Jesus Hijosa, mayor of Villaseca de la Sagra, south of Madrid.

The town had been celebrating to honour the Virgin Mary when the accident happened.
