Posh Spice tipped to be judge in Cowell’s US X Factor launch

SIMON Cowell is leaving American Idol to launch The X Factor in the US, and may be taking Victoria Beckham with him.

Cowell, who first launched The X Factor in the UK in 2004, will serve as both executive producer and judge on the US version, which will be screened by Fox next year.

Speculation has begun about who will join Cowell on The X Factor, with former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham – who briefly joined the judging panel on American Idol last year among the leading contenders.
