Bookies back Labour victory

LABOUR are odds on to win the British general election. Bookies William Hill made Labour 1/12 favourites to take the most seats on May 5.

The Conservatives are 6/1 and the Liberal Democrats trail on 66/1. Bookies give Labour a 1/9 chance of winning an overall majority, the Conservatives 12/1 and the Lib Dems 150/1.

The odds of a hung parliament are also 13/2.
