Brockovich sued over wiretap

A FORMER employee has sued US environmental crusader and movie subject Erin Brockovich and the head of her law firm for allegedly wiretapping her phone after she filed a sexual harassment complaint against Ms Brockovich’s boss, lawyer Edward Masry.

Brockovich sued over wiretap

Ms Cohen’s lawsuit, filed earlier this month in Los Angeles Superior Court, says she learned about the wiretaps from the FBI in 2002 after a jury ordered Mr Masry to pay Cohen $120,000 (€97,000) for slander.

Masry and Brockovich did not return phone calls seeking comment yesterday.
