A FORMER employee has sued US environmental crusader and movie subject Erin Brockovich and the head of her law firm for allegedly wiretapping her phone after she filed a sexual harassment complaint against Ms Brockovich’s boss, lawyer Edward Masry.

The legal team of Ed Masry and Erin Brockovich, whose investigations into corporate toxic pollution led to the hit film Erin Brockovich, are working on another case which has aroused Hollywood’s interest.

A lawyer who tried to extort $310,000 from Erin Brockovich and her boss has been sentenced to four months in jail.
