A HORRIFIED mother watched her teenage daughter cling on to the open door of an ambulance as it sped along the motorway before falling off and being killed.

Natalie Kathryn Dibden, aged 16, suffered fatal injuries when she fell from the vehicle near junction 12 of the northbound carriageway of the M5 in the early hours of November 9, 2003.

Natalie, of Orchard Close, Charfield, Gloucestershire, had been picked up by the ambulance after she collapsed outside a nightclub in Dursley.
