US Soldier arrested

A US soldier was arrested yesterday over the stabbing death of an Italian teenager and the wounding of three other men in a nightclub brawl.

The 23-year-old soldier was held after the incident at a club in Wiesbaden, western Germany, which police said may have started when one among a group of Americans slapped a woman in the buttocks. Three US soldiers and five other men were involved in the fracas.
