Sick prince in Monaco

MONACO’S 81-year-old ruler, Prince Rainier, is to remain under surveillance at a clinic for several days after being admitted earlier this week with a chest infection.

Rainier, who has been in and out of the hospital in past months, was admitted on Monday to a heart and chest clinic due to a “bronchial-pulmonary infection.

Rainier, whose film star wife, Grace Kelly, died in a car crash in 1982, has a history of heart problems and has suffered from poor health in recent years.
