Google’s modular smartphone, otherwise known as Project Ara, has been delayed until next year.

The smartphone, which lets users customise its internal components, was scheduled for release in Peurto Rico later this year. But Google recently stated that it would no longer launch there and would follow up with more details.

Google stayed true to its word with a series of tweets today. Unfortunately, they don’t go into specific details.
