FAI Cup quarter-final draw: Waterford to host Sligo Rovers

Waterford will take on Sligo Rovers at the RSC in the Club Orange Men's FAI Cup quarter-final.

The draw for the last eight took place on Tuesday afternoon with FAI President Paul Cooke drawing the home sides and Noel Hunt picking the away teams.

Elsewhere Drogheda United will host Galway United, Derry City will welcome Dundalk and St Pats will be at home to Bohemians.

All four ties will be played on the week ending September 6 with two fixtues being broadcast live on RTÉ while the other two will be shown on LOI TV.

Kick-off times, dates and TV details will be announced in due course.
