Damien Duff will never regret his decision to quit Shelbourne despite his team reaching the Uefa Conference League phase kicking off this Thursday.

As he did when ending his spell as Ireland assistant manager in 2020, Duff provided no explanation for stunning his title-winning squad in June by walking out.
