MATZ Sels emerged as the decisive figure in the penalty shoot-out as Nottingham Forest secured their place in the FA Cup semi-finals for the first time since 1991. The Forest goalkeeper made two outstanding saves to present Ryan Yates, the captain, with the chance to convert the final penalty that saw Nuno Espirito Santo’s side through.
