Kerry FC has signed former PSG goalkeeper Mathyas Randriamamy for the 2025 season.

21-year-old Randriamamy hails from Madagascar and brings with him a vast wealth of experience where he spent six years with the French champions. He started at the youth level and progressed through the ranks and was part of the first team squad where he trained daily with players like Kylian Mbappè, Neymar and Di Maria.

In the 2020/21 Champions League season Randriamamy was on the bench for three games including the semi-final defeat to Manchester City.

Randriamamy joins Kerry from Cyprus club Ermis Aradippou where he played 17 games in the second division. He represented Madagascar on a number of occasions and was most recently part of the squad for the World Cup qualifiers.

Speaking to kerryfc.com Randriamamy said he is delighted to join the club. “I’m very happy to be joining the club and to be part of the Kingdom. Very happy to join this fantastic talented group, and a big thank you to the coaches for their confidence.

"I hope and believe that together we can achieve something great this season and make Kerry fans proud. For my part, I promise to give everything I have to help the team and help this club grow and write its history. I’m very happy to be a Kerry player and I will see you all at Mounthawk Park!”

“We are delighted to have Mathyas here with us in Kerry. He brings a huge wealth of experience with him, from international matches to UEFA Champions League and Ligue 1 games with PSG as well" said Kerry FC manager Conor McCarthy.

"He is now added to a stock of very strong goalkeepers we have here in Kerry, and I look forward to him fighting for his place in the team. We have a strong squad for the season and everyone is fighting for places, it’s a great complaint!”
