The Workplace Relations Commission has issued a six-week adjournment in the employment case taken by the FAI’s public relations and communications director Cathal Dervan against his employers.

John Connellan of BC Law, representing Mr Dervan, made the request on an agreed basis with the FAI’s representative, Ciaran Loughran of employer body, IBEC, at Thursday morning’s brief hearing.
