Cork City have made their third managerial appointment on the Women's side of the football club this week with the announcement that Derek Coughlan will take charge of their Under 17 side.

Following on from Frank Kelleher being named as Danny Murphy's successor at the helm of the senior team and Barry Ryan taking over the Under 19 side, Coughlan, who scored the winner for City in the 1998 FAI Cup Final, will oversee the 17s for the season ahead at least.
