What Everton need most from new owners are some smarts

"For every failure, there's an alternative course of action. You just have to find it. When you come to a roadblock, take a detour." - Mary Kay Ash.

Everton Football Club - a sporting institution known around the world, not currently for being the most successful, although nine English League titles keeps us as the fifth most successful league team in history. It's a position unlikely to go up or down for many years to come, but if nothing else, it stands for our staying power. We may not be able to hold a 2-0 lead with any conviction, but staying in the top division, no one does it better, no one quite flirts with jeopardy like a Moshiri-led Everton.
