Arsenal have completed the signing of Italy international Riccardo Calafiori from Serie A side Bologna on a long-term contract for a fee believed to be in the region of €50million.

The 22-year-old defender was a member of the Azzurri squad at Euro 2024, after a number of impressive performances at the heart of Bologna’s defence last season.
