Former Ireland International Karen Duggan believes the timing of the FAI's unveiling of Heimir Hallgrimsson yesterday was 'tone deaf'.

The announcement of the new Ireland manager on the eve of an important Euro 2025 qualifier against England for the Women's team was questioned.
