Call it the innocence of youth but as he prepares to play his 61st game of the season on Tuesday Jason Knight doesn’t countenance burnout.

Last week, Fifpro, the players’ union, threatened to escalate their concerns over the congested football calendar into industrial action, up to the nuclear option of strike.
