Premier League confirms TV games and rescheduled matches for late April

New dates have also been confirmed for six Premier League fixtures which had been postponed.

The Premier League has confirmed which games will be broadcast live for the final two rounds of games in April. 

New dates have also been confirmed for six fixtures which had been postponed along with games which have been moved due to teams participating in European competitions.
