Rivals Shamrock Rovers and Shelbourne booked their places in this season's Women's FAI Cup semi-finals with wins over Cork City and , but the other member of Dublin's big three Peamount bowed out on penalties to Athlone, while Sligo Rovers overcame Bohemians. 

In a fixture moved from Turner's Cross to Bishopstown, Rovers made light of Abbie Larkin's departure to put five past Cork City with retired Ireland international Áine O'Gorman on the mark twice. Stephanie Zambra, Joy Ralph and Lauren Kelly scored the others.
