HISTORY: The Ireland Women's National team will play at the Aviva Stadium for the first time ever.

The Republic of Ireland Women's National Team will play at the Aviva Stadium for the first time ever when they take on neighbours Northern Ireland on Saturday, September 23rd.

There had been talks about the Irish WNT playing at the stadium in the lead-up to this summer's World Cup but due to the pitch needing some work, their warm-up friendlies against Zambia and France will take place in Tallaght instead.
