Premier League has ‘no plans’ to pause season as coronavirus cases rise

The Premier League has announced it has “no plans” to pause the season and “continues to have confidence in its Covid-19 protocols to enable fixtures to be played as scheduled”.

Wednesday night’s match between Tottenham and Fulham was postponed after a coronavirus outbreak at the west London club.
