Malang Sarr the latest player to join Frank Lampard’s Chelsea revolution

Chelsea’s rebuilding plan has taken another step forward after highly-coveted defender Malang Sarr signed a five-year deal at the club.

The 21-year-old centre-back left hometown club Nice earlier this summer, and has now become the latest to join Frank Lampard’s Stamford Bridge rejuvenation project.
