This is what happens when you think you’re world class and try to prove it by showing off.

Former Spurs and QPR winger Adel Taarabt was playing for Benfica B this weekend and stepped up when his team were awarded a penalty.

The player certainly isn’t short on confidence, but if you’re going to be cocky and try to take a casual penalty you really need to make sure you pull it off.

Otherwise, you end up looking VERY foolish.
