Rooney scores on 100th appearance as England beat Slovenia

Captain Wayne Rooney scored on his 100th appearance as England overcame a sloppy first-half to beat Slovenia 3-1 in their Euro 2016 qualifier at Wembley.

A Jordan Henderson own-goal had the visitors in front but Rooney won and converted a penalty before a Danny Welbeck double ensured England maintained their 100% record in Group E.
