Celtic player makes great goal-line block - on the wrong goal-line

Celtic will be reasonably happy to come away from their Champions League game away to Maribor with a draw, but it was a night to forget for midfielder Stefan Johansen.

The score was 1-1 when Virgil Van Dijk got a head to an Anthony Stokes corner and sent the ball past the Maribor keeper.

Unfortunately it didn’t get past teammate Johansen who was standing on the Maribor goal-line. The ball ricocheted off him and away to safety, preventing a certain goal.

It just wasn’t to be Johansen’s night; he had an opportunity to redeem himself in the second half but completely fluffed a one-on-one with the keeper.
