Report: Mourinho undergoes surgery

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho underwent surgery on a fractured elbow this morning, according to reports.

The 50-year-old Portuguese oversaw Chelsea’s 3-1 Premier League defeat of Manchester United at Stamford Bridge yesterday before attending a Football Writers’ Association dinner at the Savoy Hotel where he was honoured with an award.
