Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has stressed that Tuesday’s win against Notts County was vital in keeping up the Reds’ early-season momentum, even if it was not as comfortable a victory as they would have liked.
The Merseysiders defeated County 4-2 in the Capital One Cup second-round tie at Anfield.
