Striker Luis Suarez did little to allay Liverpool’s fears over losing their prize asset after admitting the time may be right for “change of environment”.

The 26-year-old’s future has been the subject of much speculation and with mixed messages are still emanating from the Uruguay international’s camp the player himself did little to quell speculation.
