Zamora set for hip surgery

Bobby Zamora will miss the next three months of the season after bottom-of-the-table QPR this morning revealed the striker is to have surgery on a hip injury.

The 31-year-old moved to Loftus Road in January from west London rivals Fulham and helped the Shepherd’s Bush side retain their Premier League status.
