Alex Song has passed his medical with Barcelona as he puts the finishing touches on his £15m (€19m) move from Arsenal.

The 24-year-old Cameroon midfielder underwent his medical tests with the club this morning and is now set to put pen-to-paper on a five-year contract with the Spanish giants later this afternoon.
