Hodgson wants England players to show club form

Roy Hodgson has challenged England’s players to reproduce the form they demonstrate week in and out at domestic level when they launch their Euro 2012 campaign against France in Donetsk tomorrow.

Hodgson has praised the squad for enabling him to settle in quickly as head coach during the past month.
