Rooney dismisses report of Old Trafford exit

Wayne Rooney has insisted his future remains with Manchester United.

Rooney and United combined to release a strongly-worded statement last night, labelling a story that he was about to leave the Old Trafford outfit during the present transfer window as “nonsense”.
