Police in Britain have passed a file on John Terry’s alleged racial slur towards Anton Ferdinand to prosecutors.

The Chelsea and England star has denied making the alleged comments to the QPR defender during a Barclays Premier League match at Loftus Road on October 23.

The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed today that it had received a file about the case from Scotland Yard and was considering whether there was enough evidence to bring charges.
