Tevez risks further punishment with trip to Argentina

Carlos Tevez could be in further trouble with Manchester City having flown to Argentina shortly before being due in for training.

It is understood that Tevez, who it emerged yesterday would not be appealing against City's ruling that he was guilty of misconduct in the Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich on September 27, returned to his native country on Monday night and is unlikely to make it back in time for training this morning.
