Louth derby ends all square
Drogheda United 1 Dundalk 1
Another entertaining draw in a Louth derby means the sides must do it again at Oriel Park on Tuesday night.
Drogheda started well as skipper Dave Rogers redeemed himself for being sent off at St. Patrick's Athletic last week by shooting his side in front after just five minutes.
A flurry of activity a minute before the break brought Dundalk their equaliser.
Drogheda defender Stephen Quigley pulled down Dundalk striker Mark Quigley and the later drove home from the resultant penalty.
