Samir Nasri was today on the brink of finally joining Manchester City after Arsenal confirmed they had agreed terms with their Barclays Premier League rivals.

Samir Nasri was today on the brink of finally joining Manchester City after Arsenal confirmed they had agreed terms with their Barclays Premier League rivals.

Nasri, who has been linked with City all summer, was given permission to travel to Manchester for a medical and to miss the Gunners’ crucial Champions League play-off second leg at Udinese.
