Barca to make new bid for Fabregas

Barcelona are set to make a fresh bid for Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas.

Barca manager Pep Guardiola has said he is missing just one player ahead of the new season.

The European champions have been chasing the Spanish midfielder for two years and Arsenal have already rejected a €30m bid from Barcelona.

The Gunners value Fabregas at €45m.
