Drogs still without a win
Drogheda United 1 Galway United 1
Sean Kelly earned a point for Galway with a second half equaliser, depriving bottom of the table Drogheda of a first win of the season.
Kelly struck seven minutes into the second half when he availed of a deflection from namesake Shaun Kelly's cross to shoot beyond keeper Stephen Trimble.
Drogheda had led from the eighth minute. Mark Nolan and Mark O'Brien orchestrated the move with David Freeman then supplying the cross for Philip Hand to shoot home.
Galway might have snatched all three points late on but Stephen Walsh's headed goal from a free-kick was ruled out for offside.
