Martinez: McCarthy must not rush international decision

Wigan manager Roberto Martinez says James McCarthy faces “a very, very deep” decision about whether to switch allegiance from the Republic of Ireland to Scotland.

However, the Spaniard is adamant the promising 20-year-old midfielder should not be rushed into making one of the biggest decisions of his fledgling career.
