Brunt banned for Baggies

West Brom will be without the suspended Chris Brunt for tomorrow's Premier League clash with Blackburn at The Hawthorns.

The influential midfielder, who leads the Premier League table for assists, picked up his fifth booking of the season in yesterday's 2-0 defeat at Bolton and will serve a one-game ban.

Jerome Thomas would be an obvious replacement for Brunt but the winger missed the Reebok Stadium clash through illness and is a doubt for tomorrow's match as well.
