Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has made four changes to his side for tonight’s Champions League clash with Inter Milan.

Suspended playmaker Rafael van der Vaart has been replaced by Aaron Lennon, Sebastien Bassong deputises the injured captain Ledley King, Jermaine Jenas comes in for the ineligible Sandro and Peter Crouch is recalled as the lone frontman.
