Sheridan hoping to complete CSKA move
The Republic of Ireland's Cillian Sheridan has revealed that he hopes to complete his move to CSKA Sofia this week.
The Celtic man said he has to fly out to Bulgaria and complete a medical before his move can be finalised.
Sheridan said: "I am flying out to Sofia, so it should be finalised then. In the next few days I will have that sorted out."
Sheridan reckons if he can get a regular spot on the CSKA team, then he will boost his chances of playing for the Republic.
He said: "First and foremost I need to play, I know going out there I could easily be forgotten about.
"It is up to me to play every week and score goals over there to make a name for myself. Hopefully that can keep me in the thoughts of the Irish management."
